It’s straightforward.
- Make your selection by item number.
- REGISTER and we will get an invoice out to you detailing item costs, any discounts, shipping costs and methods of payment.
- Pay from that invoice.
- We ship promptly and provide tracking information.
Shipping: We ship based on carrier reliability, safety and tracking capabilities. Most
shipments will be fully insured. We check multiple carriers for the best price. Some
items can be shipped internationally with the Buyer being responsible for customs fees,
tariffs and final delivery charges.
Packaging: For large or very fragile items – where special packaging and materials
must be secured – there will be an additional charge to the Buyer. We do not mark up
any packaging supplies used in shipments.
Our Satisfaction Policy: For 24 years, we have strived to provide the most accurate
details on all of our items. Any item that significantly deviates from the descriptive
information we provide may be returned for a refund excluding packaging, shipping and
insurance fees. Please notify us within seven days of receipt with the issue. If it is
determined that a refund should be given (minus shipping and insurance fees both
ways), that refund would occur after the item is returned in its original condition and in
its original packaging.
