This style Buddha was prevalent  in northern Thailand during the 10th and 13th Centuries.  They primarily were carved in the Mara position, cross-legged.  Many were adorned with crystals, gemstones and gold.  This one is nicely carved and with paint, gold-gilt and glass pieces.  It was acquired in Northern Thailand.  Circa early- to mid- 1900’s.  In very good condition.
