Three Large Mani Stones, Tibet

Detail:  These are Tibetan Buddhist blessing stones.  Inscribed on one side is a 6-syllabled prayer  / mantra of Avalokiteshwara or Chenrezig.  On the other side are the eyes of Buddha.  These were hand crafted by Tibetan refugees.  Recently crafted.

Detail: Primarily copper. Eight auspicious (lucky) symbols and three Om Mani mantra symbols. Scroll of mantras contained within. Spin clockwise to spread the prayers and blessings.
