Detail: Extraordinary Rattanakosin Bronze Buddha. Typical of the Rattanakosin style with finely jeweled robes and throne, tiered crown and flaired ear ornaments. Extremely well cast and detailed. Figure is in Very Fine condition with the exception of the very tip of the ushnisha. Gilt and red lacquer is well worn, commensurate with the age. I acquired it over 10 years ago from a collector in Colorado.
