Chakras are energy centers located along the center of the body. Such centers are affected by the tone and are very useful in meditation and healing. Chakra “E” is the SOLAR PLEXUS or THIRD chakra associated with personal power, emotions, passion for living and being able to protect oneself from negative or aggressive emotions. Yellow is the color and “E” is the musical note of the solar plexus chakra.
