Chakras are energy centers located along the center of the body. Such centers are affected by the tone and are very useful in meditation and healing. Chakra “B” is the HEAD or CROWN chakra associated with cosmic awareness and elevated spirituality. Violet is the color and “B” is the musical note of the crown chakra.
