I purchased this ceremonial ritual Phurpa from a Tibetan antique dealer in Massachusetts in 1999. It was acquired from a Tibetan in Kathmandu in the mid-1900’s. These are ritual daggers used in fighting the forces of evil. Three faces of a fierce tutelary deity. The middle is a vajra or lightning bolt with an eternal knot at each end. At the bottom is a makara (sea dragon) holding the 3-sided blade in its mouth. Great detail. Circa early-1900’s. Very good condition. For the Serious Collector.

Sorry, but this Phurba has been sold.
