Old Amber Cylinder Brush Pot / Container, China

Detail: This was found in an estate sale in a village outside Shanghai. My Agent was told it was carved in the late 1800’s or early 1900’s from amber. Decorated with dragons, flowers and a delicate background motif. There are no chips or gouges.
