Large Tang Dynasty-Styled Sancai Tri-Color Pottery Horse. Statue. China

Sancai is a technique of intermingling decorative colors that dates back to the Tang Dynasty and earlier.  This horse was fired in old kilns in Luoyang in the Henan Province.  Hand painted and in perfect condition.  Elegant!
