Detail:  The style looks very familar to me but I cannot put my finger on its identity.   This might be a more contemporary-styled statue . . . in metal with a unique rust texture  and color covering.  The face and headdress looks Tibetan but I cannot find reference to the serpent that is around her neck. A peaceful and serene facial expression.  In very good condition  Circa late-1900’s,
