Early 1900’s or older. Extremely rare and museum quality. Shaman’s carrier. 17 Dayak figures adorn the carrier. It appears that there are figures corresponding to illness and medical conditions. Teeth and boar tusks are original as well as the coins that are embedded near the rim. Most likely lightweight items were carried such as medicine leaves, herbs and some potions. The shoulder / back straps were not made for a heavy load. There is a custom designed glass case with wood base that is available for $150 but this case is not shippable due to the weight. For the Serious Collector.
