I had this carved by an artisan in Suzhou, west of Shanghai for use after a surgery. I did not have the surgery, so it has never been used.
A VERY sturdy – and stunning in design – cane very suitable for orthopedic use. Don’t be confused with fakes. Rosewood – especially black rosewood – is a dense and strong wood providing great support as well as ideal opportunity to carve unique designs.
