Detail:  A design most common from the Batak ethnic groups in the highlands of North Sumatra.  Used to store medicinal herbs.  Cast in bronze with an ancient method of wax and sand.  Age unknown but probably early to mid-1900s.

Detail: This can also be considered an incense burner. Acquired from an antique market in Shanghai by one of my agents. Tripod cast bronze bowl with Ming Dynasty stamp. Button flowers around outside. Nice patina.

Huge Bronze Dragon and Buddha Bell, China

Detail: A rare find. Lots of ancient Chinese characters and other decorative scrolls and figures including stylized dragons along the bottom rim and rim above the Buddha. No clapper. Well cast and in perfect condition.   This item has been sold.  Thanks P.B. !

Porcelain Phoenix Flower Fern Bowl, China

Marked as the QianLong period (1736-1796 AD) of the Qing Dynasty. This is a superb porcelain bowl in mint condition. The vibrant colors are unbelievable. A certificate of authenticity is included from an art dealer. This stunning bowl has been sold.  Thanks.  V.N. !
