From the late 1800s or early 1900s, this piece still has painted surfaces and is in very good condition.
I believe this is a statue of Prince Ang Duong – later king – who brought back national pride after regional instability in the early 1800s.
Hand carved and painted. It was found in an antique shop in Bangkok Thailand in the 1980s. 8″ tall x 4.25″ at widest point. Stands not included.
