Detail: A stone Buddha head from a larger statue in a South China temple. Acquired by an art dealer who was part of a restoration team in the 1950’s. It was unclear what happened to the reesotericstuff.comder of the statue. Circa late-1700’s to early-1800’s. In good condition and really a remarkable piece of art. A simple wood base is supplied.
