Antique / Old / Rare Bronze Pot / Vessel / Container with Lid, China

Another highly detailed and Museum Quality Chinese antique. This piece could likely be from the Ming Dynasty. I think – based on some research – that it is from the mid-1800’s. The Phoenix is the dominant character with one perched on top of the lid also. A dragon handle symbolizes power and the bat figure brings good luck. Purchased by one of our agents from a elderly man in Xian (north China) in 1979. I acquired it in 2003. In very good condition. For the Serious Collector.
