Antique Brass Gu Vessel, China

Gu vessels were used to drink wine.  The style of this ritual-type vessel  is from the Shang and Zhou Dynasties.  There are some uneven parts around the top rim.  I was told from the antique dealer in San Francisco that it is 19th Century
